Remote check in

PRIOR TO COLLECTION ALL DRIVERS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. In the "Upload images" section the following documents are required (an image can be taken direct from your smart phone/tablet or you can screen shot an online bill and upload the image).

a) Proof of ID – photo card element of driving licence (must be in date), both sides required.

b) Proof of address – 2 separate documents required must be dated within 60 days of the date of your hire and must be for your current address.  The following are acceptable: • Utility bill • Bank statement • Credit card statement • Council tax bill for current year.

c) DVLA Check - Please provide a DVLA licence check code - available from the  DVLA website (please note the code is only valid once and must be within 21 days of hire).   Alternatively if you would prefer us to do the checks for you, we do need an email with your National Insurance number.

2. In the "Collect Credit Card" section, please check or add credit card details which will be used to process the pre-authorised security deposit on your collection day.

 This pre-authorised security deposit does not come into our bank account but may show as pending and will be deducted from the funds available in your account.  If you have added any last minute extras onto your booking, the payment for these will automatically be deducted from the card provided.

3.In the "Signatures" section please sign the rental agreement electronically, then all the paperwork will be complete prior to hire.

All documentation sent to Capricorn Campers is stored securely in line with DATA protection requirements and automatically deleted once hire completed.
