We appreciate that people may be concerned about COVID-19 and so we wanted to reassure you that we are carefully monitoring the travel advice issued by the UK Government through the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO)
For now, we are taking a “business as normal” approach but we all have to take sensible precautions therefore we would ask all customers to follow the latest Government health and hygiene advice. All of our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned in between each hire as standard but we have now implemented some additional procedures.
- All vehicles are now being fully sanitised between hires
- Prior to handover and immediately following return, high contact areas such as steering wheels, door handles, gear sticks and keys will be sanitised.
- Kitchen boxes are removed after each hire and cleaned via a 60degree dishwasher clean
- Mattress toppers are provided and are washed at 60 degrees
As it stands The Camping and Caravanning Club with whom we are affiliated with are also operating on a “business as normal” basis across their network of UK campsites.
While there are currently no UK travel restrictions, there are now protective restrictions in place for foreign travel throughout European destinations which is changing on a daily basis. Up-to-date information can be found on the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website.

Given the current FCO advice, if you wish to amend or cancel your holiday arrangements then our usual cancellation policy will apply with the exeption of customers classified as "high risk" in which case we ask that you contact us to discuss your booking.
